Seeking full-time employee (35-40 hours per week) as maintenance assistant for historic apartment building.
Painting skills needed most. Janitorial and handyman skills required.
$14 per hour, opportunities for bonuses and raises.
Responsible for daily garbage removal, thorough cleaning and maintenance in all common areas, grounds keeping, assistance with work in vacant apartment units, especially painting and minor repairs.
