Become a neighborhood scientist and join the Sunflower Project! We’ll plant sunflowers for bees and milkweed for monarchs. After we finished our planting we will enjoy a good book or two and talk about bees and other pollinators. Attendees will receive a science kit with information on identifying pollinators and how we can help them by growing the plants they need. Prior registration is required. A recording of the program will be available on our website the following week. If you can’t attend the live program but wish to participate, a limited number of take-home science kits will be available to pick up on Thursday and Friday, June 3-4 from 3-6PM.
