RSVP Form for #HelloMaaay14th & #ATripToCaratland Hello Maaay 14th & A Trip To CaratlandDate: May 30th, 2021 Time: 1pm-6pm Location: Infini Tea / 9423 N Fort Washington Rd #103, Fresno, CA 93730 Event Hosts: @97besties (twt) & @moonpayu (twt/ig) Please Read the Important Information Below!We are super excited to bring these two events to local fans here in Fresno but please remember to follow the health and safety guidelines! A REMINDER THAT THIS EVENT IS RSVP ONLY FROM 1PM-5PM! Anyone who shows up during that time frame and does not have a RSVP with us will not receive any freebies! This helps make it fair for those who RSVP on time. We only have a limited amount of freebies so know that the faster and earlier you RSVP a time, the more you are guaranteed freebies. We are allowing walk-ins this time around but only during the last hour of the event! So please plan accordingly! If there happens to be any leftovers from the event, they will be up for purchase for anyone interested! MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Please wear your masks to help protect yourself and others. Temperatures will also be checked before entry into the tea shop! Please please please stay home if you feel sick or think you are sick! What is the RSVP System and How Does It Work?The RSVP system is a way to help limit the number of event goers within a time frame. Please understand that this system is put in place to help with social distancing and to create a safe and fun event for everyone to enjoy! In this form will be multiple set of time frames. Each are 30 minutes in length. Event goers will choose the time frame and must only attend during that time. Eventbrite does not have an option for us to limit where only one ticket in total can be ordered so please be considerate and only RSVP the time slot you know you can 100% make for sure! Please do not RSVP multiple time slots if you do not have more than 3 people in your party! You are taking away slots that someone else can get! Can I Show Up With My Friends/Families?Yes, you can! We only ask that you limit your party up to 3 others aside from you! If you have more than that you will have to RSVP another form ! This means that one RSVP form will cover up to 4 people ! [ DAY OF EVENT DETAILS ]Will there be any lines we have to wait at?Yes! When you arrive, there will be a sign outside the store to indicate where the line starts. You will line up with a 6ft distance from others and will have your temperatures checked before being allowed inside. Understand that those who have RSVPs for the current time slot will have priority entrance. ( For example if your time slot is at 2pm-2:30pm but you arrive at 1:50pm, you'll have to wait in line and anyone who has the 1:30-2pm who happens to arrive after you will have priority entrance first ). Please have your reservation confirmation email ready for admins to check as they need to make sure they are allowing the correct guests in! PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE STORE WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ADMINS AT THE DOOR FIRST! How Do I Redeem the Free Cupsleeve & Freebies?In order to redeem a free cupsleeve & freebies set, you must first purchase a drink from the menu. Any drink purchases will go towards the freebies but they must only be purchased during the event time frame (1pm-6pm)! Please note that one cupsleeve and 1 set of freebies is given per drink purchased! If you would like a cupsleeve from both events, you'll need to purchase 2 or more drinks! Once you have made your purchase, please make sure to get a printed receipt! You will then bring the receipt to one of the admins at the table! Admins will have badges on to help you find them easier! Hand your receipt to one of the admins and you will get your cupsleeve and freebies! Reminder that cupsleeves and freebies are while supplies last ! Can I Stay and Take Photos with the Decorations?Yes, you can! We will have decorations up for you to take pictures with! But please be courteous to others who are also waiting to take pictures. We ask that you take only 3-4 minutes so others will get a chance as well!
