Women's Outdoor Fitness Classes (All Levels) - Tuesday Mornings at Regency Park
Looking for a fun and inclusive space to work out, improve your health, and connect with a community of women? Join us for a 30-minute circuit-style outdoor morning workout designed to help you increase your strength and get your heart rate up!
All fitness levels are welcome.
We meet near the parking lot of Regency Community Park in North Natomas, near the baseball field at 7am.
Please bring the following:
- A mat
- Water
- A towel (optional)
- Mask (depending on your comfort level)
Workouts begin with a short warm-up and end with a short cool-down.
All sessions are hosted and led by Melissa Lopez, Certified Personal Trainer, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, TRX Suspension Training Coach, and Nutritional Therapist.
*I am a fully vaccinated trainer.
