I am looking for an experienced contractor for remodeling homes in Humboldt County. I am an investor and the properties will all be resold upon completion of the work. I am looking to build a relationship with a good painter who handle interior and exterior paint work. In order to be considered, I will need verification of being insured before starting work. Additionally, I will request references for jobs completed.
