Wine Flight & Charcuterie Tasting with on the patio Join us on the patio anytime from 5:30pm - 7:30pm for a flight of 4 wines from the vineyards of The Hilt & Jonata. Accompanying the incredible wines from these 2 boutique California wineries, will be the perfect pairing of Chef's choice charcuterie. We will be joined by Matt Mcquen from drink brands and Steve Hadden from Advintage to educate us about these 4 wines as we sip. What we will be tasting: The Hilt - Estate Santa Rita Chardonnay : Golden peach and lemon oil with a touch of flinty complexity. Chamomile notes and candied ginger. The Hilt - Estate Santa Rita Pinot Noir : Exotic and perfumed with an enticing combination of black peppery, blackberry, Balaton cherry and purple sage. Jonata - Todos "Everyone" Red Wine : Soft, plush and complex. Cabernet Sauvignon meets Syrah. Jonata - Fenix Bordeaux Blend : Intense and brooding aromatics of dark chocolate, mint, blackberry & dried mushrooms.
