Looking for: All-Around Property Operations persons to maintain our NE Scottsdale facility. Several full and part-time positions are available, performing different tasks from janitorial to general repairs and preventative maintenance. Individuals that are Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting and repair skills General maintenance experience, i.e., plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, basic carpentry. Knowledge of Hand / Power Tools is a must! Applicants with less experience are welcome to apply. We can train you to perform many of the required functions. Depending on your aptitude, you can advance in position and pay. Compensation ranges from $13 hr to $18 hr depending on job and experience. “W2” and “1099 Positions” available Our operation is open 7-days a week, so applicants must be willing to work the following assigned hours Monday - Sunday 6am - 12pm and 6am - 2:30pm (End times are approximate) 2 P/T 1 F/T Days are flexible and can be switched as needed, but mornings are our “crunch-time” so the early start-times do not change. Going, or planning on going to school? We'll work with your schedule. Must speak English (Bilingual is a plus) be responsible, have reliable transportation, pay attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, as you’ll have to lift various, different sized objects. References are required You can start as soon as we receive a clear background screening, the process only takes ½-day. The Opportunity: We are looking for several Service Technicians to join The Scottsdale Gun Club's Property Operations team; These positions are responsible for ensuring the property, grounds, and equipment are clean and safe, kept in good-looking and working condition, maintaining a visibly appealing, front-of-house for our members and guests. The right person(s) will be self-motivated, team players who are customer oriented, and take pride in their work. Technicians must be responsible enough to work unsupervised, with a sense of urgency and built-in desire to excel. Key Functions: Various duties include, but not limited to: Adhering to a schedule of performing preventative maintenance and repairs on the range Various building PM’s and repairs such as changing AC Filters and light bulbs, troubleshooting devices such as Mist System, Awning, light fixtures, Patching drywall and concrete, painting, etc. Welding is a plus. Maintaining a clean Front-of-House, i.e., Retail floor, Training Center, Conference Room, etc. On occasion the need for some minor grounds keeping to assist the landscaper in-between visits. Works with a sense of urgency to ensure all service requests are responded to in a timely manner Responsible for operation and management of tools and inventory of supplies. Also, overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of all maintenance areas Ability to supervise others Able to work a flexible schedule.
