La Crosse Central Volleyball Association Summer Skills is a great way for student-athletes to expand their volleyball IQ, improve upon their volleyball skills, and learn volleyball from local and regional college and high school coaches. It is important for players to be adept in ALL the skills of volleyball; our approach creates well-rounded, coachable and resilient athletes that LOVE playing this amazing sport.
League nights (Thursday's) will consist of instruction and practice in a specific skill with drills from 6pm-8pm. Registration fee includes a league t-shirt and high quality instruction by local volleyball experts.

1. Serving Aggressively
2. Passing and Serve Receive
3. Setting and Overhand Passing
4. Hitting & Attacking
5. Floor Defense & Ball Handling (Digging)
6. Training Techniques & Volleyball Conditioning
Dates:
June 10th, June 17th, June 24th, July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd.
**Note: No Skills Session on July 1st due to the 4th of July.

This league is meant for students entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade for the 2021-2022 school year.
