Chef Robert Vasquez, of PePe's Sonoran Cuisine in Covington, LA was crowned the 2020 King of Louisiana Seafood and Isabel's Amor is proud to welcome him back to Arizona! Chef Vasquez and the Louisiana Seafood Board will be hosting a four-course pairing dinner on Wednesday, June 2 at Isabel's Amor Mexican Café & Tequila Bar. Chef Vasquez will be featuring his winning pan-roasted redfish topped with mango and crab chutney as part of his pairing menu, along with a variety of eclectic seafood dishes and wine pairings.
