Our Mastering Brisket class will teach you everything you need to know about the techniques you need to make the perfect brisket! If smoking brisket is already in your wheelhouse, hone your skills with instruction from Pit Master and Pits N Grills owner Nick Copeland as we take brisket to the next level on a Gateway Drum Smoker and Big Green Egg. Class Details: Samples and appetizers will be served. Beer will be served or bring your own adult beverage of choice. Cost is $55. Prepayment is required.
