Yellow means be in the know ⚠️ Come to downtown Waynesboro on Saturday June 5th to sign up for your Yellow Dot. This program is in cooperation of PennDOT and first responders. This program assists citizens in the golden hour of emergency care following a traffic crash when they may not be able to communicate needs themselves. Placing a yellow dot decal on your vehicles for your window alerts first responders to check your glove compartment for vital information to ensure you received the medical attention you need. The program is a cooperative effort between PennDOT the state department of health and eating the Pennsylvania State police and the Pennsylvania Turnpike commission first responders and local law-enforcement. Registration and stickers are free, and is an ideal way to keep your family safe during a time where seconds may matter
