Congratulations to the recipients of the 2021 Peace Officers' Memorial Foundation Scholarship!https://t.co/mjAPuYVRny— CLEAT (@CLEAT) May 14, 2021 The POMF Scholarship Committee received over 70 applications from across the state of Texas this year.
"Each year we are moved by the number of applicants who take the time to submit an application. In this incredibly divisive time, it's a breath of fresh air to see that there are young adults who understand the sacrifice the men and women of Texas law enforcement make." Said Lt. Marvin Ryals, President of the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas. "This foundation is set in place to always honor fallen officers and never forget the sacrifice they have made."
