Fix Bath tub

Description

I need someone to cut the pipe and finish installing my bathtub spout. (See photo.) After you cut the pipe, I need you to apply Teflon tape. I already purchased the tape. Please let me know 1) your price, 2) how you want to get paid, 3) what time you can get here (I live next to Santa Cruz Boardwalk). I prefer to get this done today.
