We're planning our 3rd anniversary shenanigans for a week that begins with International Yoga Day! Who would we be if we didn't have a session of some soul nourishing self care to kick off the fun? Join us for this free yoga class guided by LeNell on the beautiful tree-lined Norwood Blvd just a few blocks from the shop. Rigorous yet refreshing yoga movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation in the shade amongst friends. We'll wrap up it with chit chat and thirst-quenching non-alcoholic beers on the house by Athletic Brewing Co in Connecticut. Park near Norwood Elementary at the corner of 16th Ave N and Norwood Blvd. Kids welcome! If it rains we will meet at the Norwood Park Pavilion at 1420 28th St N.
