He opened Angelina’s with his wife, Brooke Parkhurst, in 2018 and has appeared on numerous shows, publications, and has even published four of his own cookbooks. Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. -Currently, ALL our classes are Demonstration style, hands off classes for the safety of our guests and employees. -ALL our classes will have three courses, with a light appetizer or salad, a main course, and a dessert. – Please enter through the Bodacious Shops main doors on Palafox Street! – Wine & beer service available. – Participants receive 10% off at So Gourmet on the day of the class. – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel this event and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
