Responsibilities Include: - Assist customers by fulfilling their product requests and technical questions. - Use computer system to research products and process customer orders. - Break down shipments to stock showroom and warehouse area - Load and unload company and customer vehicles using proper equipment. - Make local deliveries as needed. - Forklift operation - Lifting of 70lbs daily Requirements: - Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude. - Basic knowledge of HVAC/R would be great but is NOT REQUIRED for consideration - Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously. - Strong sense of customer service and the desire for success. - Good Math, reading and communication skills. - Must be an organized, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment. - Must possess a friendly and helpful attitude and be self disciplined. - MUST POSSES A VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE. - Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - Consistently follow up with employees, customers, corporate staff in a timely manner. * Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
