Must be responsible, mature and promote good community relations, treating all equally and with respect. Manage 44 unit apartment complex, including but not limited to the following; Open/ Close laundry facilities. Cleaning, gardening, painting, maintenance, work orders, light plumbing, etc. Must be able to handle management as well including enforcing policies, responding to emergencies, showing units, etc. Job is salary by contract. Call for details, person/s must live onsite. Pay is semi-monthly by Paycheck or direct deposit.
