Whole Hog Butchery Class will learn whole hog butchering, discussion of history and politics surrounding our country’s food system (specifically as it pertains to meat consumption), and each participant will take home approximately 10 lbs. of product. For the safety of our team members and other guests, please bring your mask and/or vaccination card.
