We currently have a dynamic opportunity for a Full-Time Driver to join our team at Central New Jersey’s premier independent living community. We are Princeton Windrows…Different by Design. We are looking for a Driver who is energetic, personable, and safe. You must enjoy meeting people and be familiar with mapping out routes and monitoring traffic reports for the best routes possible. The driver must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and bend and twist, as necessary. Drivers will generally work from 10:00am. to 6 pm, but occasional extended hours and weekend hours may be necessary. Duties and responsibilities: · Interact with residents in a professional manner. · Loading and unloading residents’ possessions, as required. · Mapping out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip. · Complying with road regulations at all times. · Engaging in conversation or playing music, if suitable. · Ensuring that the automobiles remain clean and well maintained. · Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · High School Diploma or Equivalent. · Valid personal and commercial driver's licenses. CDL with passenger endorsement required. · 5-years prior experience is required. Must have prior experience, no exception. · Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined driving experience. · Work well independently. · Punctual and reliable. · Neatly presented and professional. · Exceptional interpersonal skills. · Good verbal communication. · Proficiency using GPS devices or map apps. · Ability to work evenings and weekends, on occasion.
