We are a small HOA community that is looking to hire an experienced groundskeeper for lawn mowing and general grounds maintenance. The responsibilities of the position would be: - Safely cut grounds using zero turn riding mower - Trim edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls - Perform general maintenance duties such as gravel path maintenance, mulching and maintenance of flower beds, pruning trees on community grounds, maintaining clean grounds (pick up sticks, fallen branches, etc.) - Set up and take down seasonal HOA equipment (picnic tables, chairs, etc.) in the Spring and Fall Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years mowing commercial lawns and 2 years' experience in a grounds keeping - Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers - Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Able to manage multiple tasks and work independantly - Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
