Auto Mechanic for 1994 Ford Van That Won't Start

Looking for an experienced mechanic to get my 1994 v-8 Ford Econoline Van to start. I am located in Burien (98168), off 116th Street and Military Road South. It has been sitting for 1 year. It was OK when I last used it. When I turn the key, only the accessories work. The engine does not crank. The battery has been recharged and I also used a jump starter, but that makes no difference. I assume the problem is electrical. I should mention that I think a thief might have tried to start the car using a screwdriver, because it feels different when I insert the key. But the key can turn the ignition switch and the electrical accessories work when turned. But the engine won't crank. I am looking for someone who charges by the hour, not flat rate. I will pay $40/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. After 2 hours, I will pay $10 per each additional 15 minutes. I will pay for any necessary parts. You can either come to my location or I can have the van towed to you (provided you live within 15 miles of me). This is a backup vehicle, so I am NOT in a rush to get the van fixed.
