We're working on an older house and needing some finish work done. We are hoping to have the work done ASAP - we have a little flexiblity but the sooner the better. Work needed: - Drywall - our original contractor completed most of the drywall and the first coat of mud over tape. We need this completed as soon as possible. 80% done - one small room to finish drywall (gypsum board is on site) and then the rest is mud/tape and texture. - Interior Painting - same contractor as above. Paint is purchased, most of the windows are already taped. All walls and ceilings get the same color. Trim and doors get a different color. This is ready to go as soon as mud is dry. - Hardwood floor refinishing: Apx 700 sf of original white oak flooring that needs sanding and staining. Nothing upstairs and no treads. This can be done as soon as paint is dry. - Window repair: We have a few older wood single and double-hung windows that need some attention. A few broken glass panes and some glazing repair. Also fixing some pulleys and ropes on one of the windows. This can be done before or after paint - so looking for someone within the next couple of weeks. - Tile: laying tile in 2 bathrooms (floor and shower/tub surround) and kitchen (floor and backsplash). The tile is purchased and will be ready for install as soon as paint is dry. If interested please provide resume/company information and/or references/pictures to the above CL email address.
