Its a mix of everything. I'm looking for someone who is good at math and fractions and can convert decimals into inches and you need to have a valid drivers license. I would really like for you to have an iPhone but its not really required. Mainly you will need to have a set of tools and tool bags with the basics. starting time is 7am so you will need to have a way to get to work in the mornings. Bottom line the work is construction/driver.
