Gprojects, a well-established builder of higher-end speculative townhouses, is looking for a lead framer. For the right person the job can grow into a project superintendent and project management. Our current workload includes repositioning a house on a lot to make room for three townhouses and will soon start a 12-home project that includes a post-tensioned underground concrete garage, soldier pile walls, and four-stories of wood framed construction. We have another 39 townhouses in the pipeline over the next two years plus other projects. You must have an interest in sustainability and creating small communities that will add value to our buyer’s lives and the City at large. We use a combination of in-house labor and sub-contractors and are looking to build a framing-siding crew to work on our own projects. Compensation depends on experience.
