Fix Auto Gig Harbor is looking a car washer/lot attendant Job Description Our Car Wash Attendants are critical to delivering friendly, safe, and professional service that distinguishes Fix Auto. Our Attendants work as part of a team to provide the perfect guest experience to every one of our customers. This position requires energetic, talented people who enjoy customer service at a fast pace. This is a full time position NO WEEKENDS Mon - Friday 7:45 to 5pm RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and be available to work a wide variety of days/shifts • Perform regular cleaning of the shop • Clean interior and exterior areas, and parking lot • Work with a sense of urgency to get tasks done quickly and with good quality REQUIREMENTS: Minimum • At least 18 years or older • Excellent internal and external customer service skills • Ability to problem solve, effectively multi-task, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with full diversity of public service • Team minded: always willing to help others and works with a cooperative spirit to get all tasks done • Strong self-starter and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision • Handles stressful situations calmly and stays on task despite disruption or distraction • Uncompromising integrity Preferred • Car Wash experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
