Construction/remodeling help needed

Looking for construction laborers or skilled carpenters for remodeling. Laborers, drywall,cabinets, painters, trim, showers, flooring, etc. You must be detailed oriented, able to work unsupervised, & above all else DEPENDABLE. All work is in the Gulf Shores, AL area. Tools & a truck are a plus but not necessary. Willing to train the right people. Starting pay is $17-$30; based on experience. *There is a $500 bonus & $1.00 per hour raise after 30 days, $1K bonus & $1.00 per hour raise after 6 mos., $2K bonus & $1.00 per hour raise after 1 year.
