Our ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a marina forklift. If you have a positive attitude, are dependable, and work well with a team, we are looking for you. Caribee has been in business for over 70 years and we are looking for exceptional talent to add to our team. Full time, five days a week, and weekends are required ** Drug & background check are required. Duties & Responsibilities: *Experience driving marina forklifts *Safely transports and moves boats and equipment as assigned *Must be able to operate a boat *Exceptional attention to detail with a low damage record *Prioritize and maintain timely launch schedule *Follows all safety and compliance regulations *Keeps the lot clean and organized *Professionally maintains and cleans equipment *Reports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to management Qualifications & Expectations *Valid Driver's License, Forklift Training *Must be dependable, positive and on time *Contributes to creating an excellent customer experience *Supports service department operations to maximize tech efficiency *Positive interaction with all team members Caribee has excellent full-time compensation plans including: *FREE Employee Health Plan, FREE Group Life Insurance, FREE Group LTD & available Dental & Vision coverage along with paid vacation and an excellent 401K Program. *In addition, Caribee provides comprehensive training to ensure your success!
