Hello looking for someone to help me get my rental property cleaned up since the renters didn’t do what they were supposed to n take care of yard. I am old and injured over 50 surgeries or would do it myself. Mainly pulling weeds around the house, cleaning up the flower bed, trimming some bushes and racking up n bagging clippings and fixing the rock border around areas of the house that have fallen over n need to be dug in a little probably, put red mulch in garden area after weeding n stuff is done. A good 4 to 6 hrs of work maybe less depends how motivated you are and fast can get it done. Front and back yard area around the house. Will pay $150 dollars for everything to be done good. Or $75 each for 2 people and a tip if you do a good job! Will need to we’re some old clothes can get dirty, work gloves for your hands, and able to get to the address by 0900 in morning this Thursday the 20th or 21st or even Saturday the 22nd just pick a day and let me know so we can meet there and I’ll get you started. Looking for serious 1 or two serious people who are hard workers n want to make a little extra cash for the summer.
