The Capitol Area Development Authority, a public agency, is seeking a Lead Renovation and Rehabilitation Specialist - Journey-level to perform a variety of complex renovation and repair duties on existing residential and commercial properties in downtown Sacramento. 3+ years of journey-level renovation and rehabilitation experience desired. Possession of or ability to obtain a general contractor’s license highly desirable. Valid CDL/auto insurance required. EEO.
