Our office is located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We are a 30+ year commercial & residential roofing company with steady work year-round. We are looking for an experienced residential supervisor/superintendent to cover the middle Tennessee area! Job Description Travel to multiple job sites on a daily basis Maintain communication with Building supervisors and homeowners Schedule roofing crews for various jobs Help with retrieving any short material or returning any extra material Complete work orders based on work completed by subcontractors and ensure daily/weekly reports and paperwork submitted on time Responsible or aware of Job permitting needs, OSHA requirements, scope/estimate, takeoffs, punch lists, and customer approvals. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Construction Experience a plus Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus Strong Communication Skills Must be able to walk on a roof, climb a ladder, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of hands This job has full benefits as well as commission opportunities. Starting pay will be based off of experience. After probation/training period, Austermiller will provide work truck and cell phone.
