Rental Clean Up/Small Repair Jobs

Looking for someone who is motivated and a self starter to help with clean up and renovations that will be needed on a duplex we just purchased. This could include but isn't limited to: carpet tear out, flooring installation, exterior clean up and painting, small wall patching, etc. We will have additional properties in the future, so finding someone we can count on and build a relationship with for future jobs is a plus. We will provide materials needed and can provide tools, but someone with their own tools is a plus. You must have knowledge of handyman work like this, we are not looking to train anyone. You must have your own reliable transportation. The property is located in Coquille, Oregon.
