PHOENIX, AZ — A man was shot and killed inside a parked vehicle outside a midtown Phoenix house Monday, Phoenix police said. The unidentified victim died on the scene of the shooting, which occurred at 4:15 p.m. Monday near 21st and Missouri avenues, according to police. No suspects were named, arrested or charged in connection with the shooting, and detectives are trying to determine what led up to the incident, police said Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Phoenix police or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (English) or 480-TESTIGO (Spanish).
