I wish. Looking for insight why is it been so hard to the point of real difficulty to get a Quality band together In this area. We can blame Covid and the reluctance to gather and rehearse, but there’s many issues that are above and beyond that, would you say? I believe there’s real talent shortages that go across the spectrum vocalists guitarist drummer’s bass players are very difficult to find that are competent commitment minded and ready to go. Is it lack of venues?’s is the musician population getting older and less likely to wanna travel and put the hours in? You tell me! Like many of you I sit by thousands of dollars worth of equipment and the ability to go toe to toe musically with anyone but yet with my background and I’m sure you can understand this been a difficult and trying uphill battle. Where do we find quality musicians now a days? What do we have to do to succeed? What is the answer just playing modern country like every other band is in this area- (puke) Analysis and insight please thank you (frustrated Johnny)
