For those with algae and/or diseases. Just put it under water and plug in. Takes only a few watts for the ultra violet lamp and water pump to perform. I can vouch for it as it cleared my water in about 2 days. 8000 hour uv light usefulness and after that you can purchase a replacement bulb if you want. Im getting out of the hobby after 60 years. I suggest a 20 to 55 gallon tank for this.
