Property Management company seeking a skilled mid level maintenance tech for a property in Reseda DUTIEs - Maintain 66 unit apartment building - Turning apartment units for new tenants - Assisting with work orders - Basic cleaning and janitorial work of the grounds - 50% cleaning janitorial/custodial duties 50% maintenance and work orders - Common work orders include Installing new appliances, doing light repair work including drywall and painting, maintenance of light fixtures, Light electrical and plumbing work MUST HAVES - 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance tech - Experience with light plumbing, light electrical, light drywall and painting and light carpentry - Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines - Detailed-oriented and organized - Reliable, show up on time every day JOB DETAILS - Rate : $18 to $20 p/h - Typical work week from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm - This is a long term position References & background checks will be required.
