I am looking to move to the greater Los Angeles Metro, for career, work, and to make my home base. I need both shelter and income. Any housing will require a safe place and area for me and my animals (pets, indoors.) My career work is as a foreign language teacher - with related screenplays - in the film industry; my trade skills include sailing vessels incl. brightwork, motorcycle & car mechanics, carpentry incl. stairs, some metalwork like steelframing; I've worked on cattle, fish, green farms and have handled horses and cattle. I am originally a political refugee and legal immigrant, was orphaned at age 11, and have no other homebase in America. So I obviously have no connections to get me started anywhere. I am currently basically stranded in northern California on a daysailer and have found no opportunities here, nor would I wish to continue residing in this area. I've made the United States my home a few decades/ years ago. I am a patriot and love this country, I just need a way to thrive.
