Caring Transitions of Brazos Valley is looking for new Transitions Team Members to assist with our online auction, estate services and relocation projects. Caring Transitions is the nation's largest provider of transition services helping seniors and family members navigate the difficult process of rightsizing (downsizing). We are seeking compassionate, caring and mature individuals capable of performing assigned tasks with limited supervision. These positions are part-time on an as needed basis with potential for promotion in to a team lead role after training and experience. Knowledge of antiques, collectibles and/or household goods and experience with packing and organizing is a plus. Management experience is also preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, be on your feet for the majority of the day and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Job responsibilities are as follows: Online Estate Auctions - Organize & sort household goods for distribution & sale - Decluttering - separating low, medium, & high value items - Taking & editing digital merchandise photos - Prepare description of items and upload photos - Greet customers and provide service during auction pick up - Cleanout at end of sale Relocations and Right-Sizing - Proper packing techniques used for relocation - Unpack & resettle in new home - Decluttering- separating low, medium, & high value items If you are a trustworthy, reliable, self-directed, and caring person, please consider joining our team of project members!
