*** HIRING BONUS *** A well-established, rapidly growing property management firm is seeking an experienced, full-time maintenance technician to work 40 hours per week in the Twin Cities metro area. This position is responsible for the maintenance of apartments, common building systems, grounds, and turnover readiness. Appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical experience are required. On-call hours will be required on a 4-5 week rotating basis. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds and frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds. Must have 2-3 years of experience or a combination of education and experience. Should be detail-oriented and self-motivated with an ability to prioritize their work and can work well with others.
