Lost/possibly stolen small black dog.

Our home burned up some months ago and due to our current circumstances, we had to leave our outdoor pets behind (we’ve been out everyday to care for them). A few days ago, our baby Luke, went missing and we believe someone has picked him up. Luke is a small black (with some brown in the light) chihuahua mix with a white patch on his chest. He’s also graying at the muzzle. He’s unfixed and not wearing a collar (he hates collars and so, we never made him wear one). He is also not chipped. Any information anyone might have as to his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated! When we find him, he will not be returning to our old home, but we finally have a place where he can be with us.
