Looking to hire an experienced skilled handyman jack of all trades who is able to go on service calls interior and exterior of homes and do repairs. This is part time to full time. Most likely full time just depends on what you are capable of. Must have lots of experience in installing dishwashers. You will work within time slots. Will discuss pay. This is a 10-99 Position. Must have MANY years experience and able to repair, install, fix, etc. Must be an all around carpenter/handyman (I.e. install/fix windows, prehung doors, doors, replace fixtures, install fans, fix screens, drywall, uninstall dishwashers, install dishwashers, unjam garbage disposals, replace disposals, work on unclog drains, minor plumbing, minor electric, fix doorbells, gutters, minor HVAC, fence issues, etc within a reasonable amount of time) can fix general appliances, can fix minor plumbing issues, dishwasher installations, HVAC knowledge and repairs is a plus but not required (freon not required), foundation issues, wood rot, exterior, etc. Must be able to walk into a home or outside and fix/install almost ANY issue. This job is only for a VERY experienced handyman, remodeling and building skills a MAJOR plus but must be very experienced Handyman most importantly. You will be put to the test immediately to see your skill level. Must be able to drive your own vehicle. Sorry but you MUST HAVE A TRUCK & MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.
