The Tournament Consultant has three basic responsibilities: • Call charitable golf tournament organizers to explain how Dixon Golf can help enhance their tournament and help them raise more money for their charities • Represent Dixon Golf at charitable golf tournaments • Fulfill custom product needs such as logo golf balls, golf towels, hole-in-one insurance, and more. Motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for success, and a desire to help charity are invited to join our team. Skills: • Phone sales skills, with a consulting, helping mindset over a sales mindset • Management skills • Diligent mindset and willing to learn on the job • Organization skills to balancing multiple leads at once Tournament Consultant Requirements: • Be able to commit 30+ hours to Dixon Golf per week • Have a passion for helping charities fundraise • Have the heart of a teacher, going selflessly above and beyond to help guide charities on best practices • Have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License • Own a smartphone • Have access to a computer and printer Tournament Consultant Benefits: • First "dibs" on working events as a representative • Full training Provided • Bonus Opportunities • 75% work-from-home position (on the phone) • Flexible Schedule • 50% off all products and apparel at dixongolf.com Compensation: • $3,000 to $5,000 per month
