Energetic puggle needs a perfect home

Hi, I have the sweetest puggle named Ollie. He just doesn't do very well around other pets. He wants to play constantly, and I think he irritates them. If you want a snuggle buddie who will keep you entertained, this is your guy. The only issues are that he is not yet neutered so he does mark occasionally. Should go away after neuter. I don't know what his former life was like, but I know it wasn't good. He spins in circles often, likely from being confined to small spaces for long periods of time. He is 6 years old, but his attitude is about 6 months! I'm asking a somewhat negotiable fee of $300.i want him to go to the best home possible, very preferably without young children or other pets. I really need to find him a home because he's driving my other dogs crazy! I love Ollie so much, and this is very difficult. Please only inquire if you're serious about adopting a pup. He is up to date on heartworm and nexgard.
