Currently hiring an Overnight Cleaning Supervisor to carry out cleaning & sanitation in our production room, kitchen and restrooms. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition, according to the HACCP guidelines. Primary responsibilities • Ensure cutting room, kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. • Assist in the training of all commercial cleaning associates, ensuring that all associates have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures and expectations. • Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they using proper protective gear and meet with the highest standards of cleanliness. • As necessary, function in commercial cleaning associate role to ensure work is complete. • Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with departmental procedures and customer security. • Ensure all associates have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use them. • Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards. • Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of associates when appropriate. • Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures. • Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management. • Communicates special on-site job requirements. Qualifications • Able to work overnight from 8PM – 5AM Mon - Fri • 2 years commercial cleaning or comparable training or experience. • Previous supervisory experience. • Honest, trustworthy, focused with good personality. • A good team worker. • Excellent attention to detail. • Reliable transportation
