Established timeshare management company is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as full time Maintenance in La Jolla, Ca Hospitality/Service Industry experience is a plus Duties include any and all maintenance tasks needed for safe and smooth operation of small resort, as well as construction ability. Good customer skills, reliability, and superior work ethic a must. Plumbing, landscape, spa and electrical experience a real plus. Basic handyman skills. Friendly demeanor, outgoing personality, ability to take direction well, good grooming & presentation, reliable, self starter and responsible - all a must Must be flexible with scheduling and must be available to work weekends and holidays Schedule is: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday ( 8am – 5pm) Fridays ( 9am - 6pm) and half day Tuesdays and Saturdays (9am - 1pm) Starting Pay $18.00hr Benefit package after initial period.
