**SCAM ALERT** QUENTIN BYRD**

Please be on the lookout for a gentleman by the name of Quentin Byrd. On Sunday he reached out to us via Craigslist because we had an ad posted for an electrician. Met with him yesterday (Monday) at our property seemed like a good person, who stated he was former Military, etc. He gave us a quote for a rewire of the home which was $3K. He stated he needed to get Material, and a deposit to start. We gave this coward ass guy $1,800 which he wrote us a receipt, and stated he would start at 8AM today (Tuesday) When I arrived at the property today he was no where to be found. I called him and his phone went to voicemail. He texted back within 20 seconds saying he was picking up material at Home Depot and would be there in 20 minutes. He never came! Mind you this guy texted the day before stating he picked up the material and was ready to start. Now every time I call him he sends my calls to voicemail. Will not answer text or calls! I reported him to the Sheriff's office because he's using his real name to actually scam people. DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANYTYPE OF WORK!! If you have ran into him please message me as the investigator believes he has additional victims. This guy is a lowlife bump!! Please be careful.
