Looking FULL-TIME Assistant Maintenance Technician
The position consists of:
1. Preparing vacant units for move in, painting, making repairs.
2. Grounds keeper
3. Assist Lead Maintenance with work orders, repairs, preventative maintenance and the other required duties.
4. Must have basic maintenance knowledge such as Sheetrock/Drywall repair, Painting, Interior & Exterior lighting, Electrical, plumbing and willingness to learn.
