WANTED: Gen Contractor looking for more roofing & retaining wall jobs

I have a site that gets multiple calls a week for retaining wall and other hardscaping jobs in San Diego and I also have a roofing site generating calls, but I can't provide this service. I'm looking for a partner to hand them off to in exchange for a referral fee. Must be licensed and must be good on the phone with clients/customers.
