PART-TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON / Two Positions Open Seeking two mature, responsible, professional, and friendly people for Part-Time Maintenance positions at a self-storage facility in the Avondale area. Candidate must be responsible, flexible, and have reliable transportation. Schedule is flexible and can be determined with the manager. We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Two part-time positions are available now. Maintenance duties include filling propane, refilling wash bay salt and soap supplies, sweeping, cleaning, yard work, and other maintenance activities as directed. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, have a strong personal integrity, and no criminal record. Experience is very helpful but not required. Hours: 24 hours per week (per person) Pay: $12.25 to $13.50 per hour, depends on experience Apply through portal. No phone calls, please.
