Description

Work closely with HVAC manager replacing HVAC equipment, minor electric and building maint. to keep facilities running efficiently. We have 13 commercial properties and 4 residential properties. Responsibilities: operating a variety of hand and power tools, completing preventative maintenance. Changing A/C filters. Ensure HVAC systems remain compliant with industry regulations and standards. Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed. Apartment experience preferred. Epa 608 Certification a plus. Knowledge of HVAC systems. Valid drivers license. Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in small spaces
