Read work orders and confer with supervisor to determine processes and techniques to complete job. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepare and complete paper. Set-up and run related equipment. Assist crew with production of job (i.e. feeding pockets, strapping, boxing, mail bagging, etc.) Monitor job quality throughout production run. Perform minor maintenance on equipment. Complete all required paper work. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram from. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
